  I love this dunkin donuts in mattapoisett employees and manager ate always very friendly very professional and always with a smile on their face i have to say they are really hardworking people and my family and i really appreciate all that they do for the customers daily. Thank you for all the great promotions including the coffee by the pound i love it. I wish tedeschis could give you more space so you could have tables and chairs coffee always very fresh my donuts always very fresh and delicious thank you marcelo the manager and your staff....

  This dunkin is absolutely horrible. I live a block away and will take the drive to Fairhaven before attempting to drink something this place makes. My coffee has never been served correct from here. So unfortunately I will not waste another dollar in this place.

  I yearn for the day when the owners of these Dunkin Donuts realize the secret to customer service is hiring all semi retired folks. I go here often. Its clean and the hours are good but I cant count how many times I have got a mile down the road and found out they gave me the wrong order or made my coffee wrong. Get off your cell phone and get to work.
